Love a surprise? Or not sure which of our lovely products to choose? Our Mystery Box is the perfect introduction to Norfolk Aromas and is packed full of stunning products, each box is a complete surprise and could feature any of our products and scents.

Sizes include:

• Small £10 - with at least £15 of items
• Medium £20 - with at least £30 of items
• Large £30 - with at least £40 of items

The products which MAY be in your Mystery Box include:

• Wax melts
• Wax melt samples
• Candles
• Room Mists
• Diffuser products
• Limited edition products
• Previously discontinued items
• and more!

There's no set items in each box, these can't be customised and, once purchased they cannot be returned. The box could include previous products no longer on sale and may not include a front label. The box itself may also be the postage box and could be brown in colour. 

All of our vegan friendly products are lovingly hand-poured at our workshop in Norfolk.

All of our scents are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by the designer fragrance or company. Please recycle the packaging.

Postage is £3.45 flat rate for UK customers.

Collections
We are able to offer free collection from our workshop. Please chose this option at during the order process. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection.

What is scent throw?

Scent throw is a term used to describe how strong the fragrance is and how quickly the scent travels. Our candles will fill the room with strong fragrance within 15 minutes of melting.

How long are delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders on within 5 working days.
We use the Evri tracked service. Delivery is between 3-5 days after date of order.

What is your 30 day guarantee policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, this means that any products you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Return postage is covered by the customer. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. As soon as we have received the return and checked the products, a full refund will be issued.
