Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the store issues an order confirmation.
Products
Fragrance perception is subjective. Product imagery is representative and packaging may vary where the contents and specification remain equivalent.
Returns
Unused sealed products may be returned within the stated returns window. Opened liquids, used wax products and personalised goods are excluded where permitted by law.
